A company is looking for a Lifestyle Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and manage member relationships.



Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls and fulfill service requests for personal services
Develop and enhance relationships with members to increase usage
Accurately capture and update member information in proprietary systems


Required Qualifications

High school diploma required
Call center experience preferred (inbound)
Extensive use of computer with experience in Microsoft Office products
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong internet research skills
