Contracts Coordinator
A company is looking for a Contracts Coordinator to manage contract-related tasks and support administrative functions. Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain the online contract database, including reviewing contracts and creating templates
Provide assistance and answer questions related to the contract database and workflows
Prepare initial drafts of legal agreements and develop office procedures for communication and records
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of prior legal or comparable administrative experience
Clinical research industry experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Strong customer-service orientation
High level of proficiency with MS Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
