Director of Growth

A company is looking for a Director of Growth - Merchandise Services.



Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with global Growth Team members and act as the Strategic New Business Leader
Ensure timely delivery of RFP submissions and manage client interactions for new business opportunities
Drive growth in commercial print opportunities and oversee production of sales samples for new product launches


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Sales
Minimum 10+ years of experience in new business, account management, and/or leadership
Minimum 10+ years of experience in commercial print, packaging, and marketing communications
Proficient in Mac OS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PPTX
Thorough understanding of the design-print process
