Lead Software Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer (RoR Fullstack Engineer) to lead a team of developers in creating high-performance web applications.



Key Responsibilities

Implement real-time, high-performance web applications for desktop and mobile
Architect maintainable and testable solutions to complex technical problems
Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to software development best practices


Required Qualifications

7+ years of full stack experience in Ruby on Rails and React
Experience leading remote development teams
Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Ruby, Java, or TypeScript
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and building RESTful microservices
