ICI Services is an Employee-Owned Company providing Engineering & Integration, Systems Acquisition, Information Warfare, and In-Service Sustainment support to government customers. We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support our Navy customer in Washington, DC.Security Clearance:
  • Applicant must be eligible to hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.Position/Job Description:
    • Budget Preparation Assistance: Provide advice and technical assistance in the preparation of annual budgets.
    • Measure Organizational Performance: Assess the effects of various programs and policies on the budget and measure organizational performance.
    • Examine Budget Estimates: Review budget estimates or proposals for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with established procedures, regulations, and organizational objectives.
    • Cost-Benefit Analysis: Employ cost-benefit analysis to review financial requests, assess program trade-offs, and explore alternative funding methods.
    • Budget Research: Examine past and current budgets and research economic and financial developments affecting organizational spending.
    • Develop Budget Guidelines: Create guidelines and policies governing the formulation and maintenance of budgets.
    • Conduct Training Sessions: Provide training sessions for company or government agency personnel on new budget procedures.
    • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial data to support decision-making and prepare detailed financial reports.
    • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant regulations and maintain proper documentation.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather budget requirements and provide updates on financial activities.Experience Requirements:
      • 10 years of professional experience in financial analysis.Educational & Certification Requirements:
        • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
