Knowledge Management SME

A company is looking for a Knowledge Management & Training Subject Matter Expert (SME).



Key Responsibilities

Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress, documentation status, and training effectiveness
Develop, maintain, and optimize SOPs and playbooks for operational efficiency
Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during their training period


Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years in knowledge management, training, or operations management
Proven expertise in developing and managing SOPs, playbooks, and technical documentation
Experience with knowledge and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Confluence, or Jira
Background in designing and implementing training programs
Clearance: Secret Clearance Required
