Customer Experience Operations Manager
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Operations Analyst to optimize customer success and support operations in a B2B SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities
Design and manage scalable processes supporting the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal
Optimize HubSpot CRM and support ticketing systems to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline workflows
Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for improving customer engagement and retention
Required Qualifications
4-6+ years of experience in CX Operations, Customer Success, or RevOps in a high-growth B2B SaaS or PLG environment
Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM and support ticketing systems
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent project management skills focused on cross-functional collaboration
Deep understanding of PLG models and SaaS revenue metrics
