Key Responsibilities

Contact attorneys and adjusters to manage case status and documentation
Review accounts to determine lien eligibility and track settlements
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal guidelines regarding Protected Health Information (PHI)


Required Qualifications

General understanding of relevant legal knowledge
Ability to organize and set priorities based on situational demands
Proven sense of professional and personal judgment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to tolerate stress in a fast-paced environment
