Oracle Compensation Engineer

A company is looking for an Oracle Compensation Engineer or Business Analyst.



Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Compensation COE to provide high-level service and support
Understand and document requirements and business processes in the compensation area
Support the configuration of Compensation/Comp Planner and CoreHR related tables


Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience with UDT configurations
3+ years of experience with Oracle Fast Formulas, Oracle BIP, Oracle OTBI, SQL, and HDL Loads
Ability to work 8 AM - 5 PM CT during compensation season (Nov-March)
Legally authorized to work in the US without restrictions
