Senior Payroll Specialist

A company is looking for a Sr. Payroll Specialist responsible for payroll processing and various accounting tasks.



Key Responsibilities

Process bi-monthly payroll and ensure compliance with payroll tax reporting and state registrations
Manage accounts payable, travel and expense processing, and assist with month-end close activities
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to implement payroll process improvements and support employees with payroll-related matters


Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a related role
Strong understanding of accounting operations and month-end close processes
Working knowledge of US GAAP standards
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Intacct or other accounting systems is a plus
