Engineering Team Lead
A company is looking for an Engineering Team Lead - Product Support. Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and implement best engineering practices for problem resolution and product improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure team efficiency and quality of work
Manage the Product Support team's goals and oversee the triage and prioritization of support issues
Required Qualifications
Experience as a full-stack engineer with frontend and backend development
At least 5 years of experience in building, fixing, and scaling web applications, preferably B2B apps
Proven ability to mentor and lead engineering teams
Experience with large refactoring or re-engineering projects
Familiarity with technologies such as Ruby, Rails, MySQL, and AWS
