Key Responsibilities

Provide crisis-counseling services via phone, aiming to answer 95% of calls within 20 seconds
Conduct safety assessments, safety planning, and follow-up with help seekers
Mentor volunteers and maintain accurate documentation of interactions in real time


Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age or older
Access to high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
Flexibility to work within operating hours, including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of risk assessment and data collection related to crisis intervention
