Key Responsibilities

Create and manage a pool of research participants and panels

Required Qualifications

5 years of experience in research operations or user research
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Experience with the human-centered design process
Ability to manage research participant pools and panels
Experience in Agile environments
