Business Services Manager

A company is looking for a Business Services Manager to lead shared business services across the Navy & Marine Corps IT business.



Key Responsibilities

Lead capabilities and functions of the business services team, including enterprise resource management and risk management
Collaborate with finance, contracts, and other functional teams to ensure high-performing service delivery
Forecast business performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives


Required Qualifications

BA/BS or equivalent experience with 12+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's with 10+ years
7+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects
Active DoD Secret security clearance
Program management experience with complex programs or business offices
Experience managing fixed and cost-type contracts
