Senior Paralegal

A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal who will provide general legal support services.



Key Responsibilities

Resolve routine legal issues and aspects of litigation management
Prepare and file regulatory filings and maintain a database of legal documentation
Conduct research to ensure compliance with State and Federal contracts


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business or a Legal related field preferred
Minimum three years in-house paralegal experience
Law firm or corporate law department experience preferred
Insurance industry experience highly preferred
Paralegal Certification preferred
