HR Operations Specialist

A company is looking for an HR Operations Specialist (REMOTE- PA).



Key Responsibilities:

Ensure HR processes comply with operational regulations and improve process efficiency
Provide Tier 1 support for teammate inquiries through the ServiceNow platform
Create and maintain knowledge articles to enhance the teammate experience


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Communications
1 - 3 years of experience with Service Delivery
Case Management experience (ServiceNow, etc.)
Human Capital Management Platform (Workday) experience is a plus
Society for HR Management (SHRM) Certification is optional
