NMLS Licensed Inside Loan Originator

A company is looking for an Inside Loan Originator to convert inbound leads into loans by promoting competitive mortgage products.



Key Responsibilities

Convert incoming leads and establish a presence in the market
Analyze rates and programs to provide accurate information to borrowers
Manage personal pipeline to meet service standards and financial goals


Required Qualifications and Education

Minimum of 1 year of sales or origination experience in a consumer direct or call center environment
NMLS License and state license under the SAFE Act
Experience in collecting and analyzing borrower income
Knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, and underwriting procedures
Experience in converting leads and inbound calls is preferred
