Head of Procurement

A company is looking for a Head of Procurement to lead and oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive procurement strategy.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a procurement strategy that aligns with the company's growth and operational objectives
Lead and mentor a high-performing procurement team while managing procurement operations and contract negotiations
Build strategic relationships with vendors and stakeholders to secure beneficial terms and enhance procurement efficiency


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
10+ years of procurement experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role within the renewable energy or related industry
Proven experience in purchasing strategy, contract negotiations, and warranty administration
Strong understanding of supply chain management and procurement best practices
Familiarity with legal, compliance, and regulatory aspects of procurement in the energy sector
