A company is looking for a Health and Welfare Benefit Analyst to provide benefits administration support. Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service and resolve complex benefit questions
Lead open enrollment activities and collaborate with the Client Services Manager
Maintain knowledge of clients' benefit plans and ensure data integrity for enrollments
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of benefits administration experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience in benefits administration technical solutions
Proficient with MS Word and Excel
CEBS credential is a plus
