Strategic Transactions Manager

A company is looking for a Strategic Transactions Manager to support financing and corporate development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and build complex financial pro forma models for corporate financing and specialty transactions
Lead various aspects of transactions, including sourcing, due diligence, and negotiations
Conduct financial analyses of new markets and assist cross-functional teams in evaluating strategic opportunities

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Renewables/Power & Utilities, Project Finance, or related fields
Expert financial modeling skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong experience supporting financings and managing large projects
Ability to present complex information to various audiences
