Benefits Manager
A company is looking for a Benefits Manager to manage and administer comprehensive benefits programs in the U.S. and support international groups. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate on benefits strategy and manage relationships with insurers and vendors
Oversee the Benefits team, manage escalated claims, and coordinate annual Open Enrollment
Research and recommend new benefit programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in benefits administration or management
Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations, including ERISA, FMLA, and HIPAA
Experience with benefits administration systems, preferably Dayforce
Proven ability to manage projects and lead a team effectively
