Responsibilities:
  • Understand the firm's organizational structure and become knowledgeable about the investment strategies offered by the firm and its affiliated investment managers.
  • Assist with the production of data for separately managed accounts and multi-asset portfolios.
  • Assist with design and implementation of a centralized product data repository.
  • Complete RFPs and RFIs for new and existing client relationships.
  • Contribute to and support the development of new content for growing our RFP database, which includes the ability to craft narratives around sophisticated concepts.
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective clients, existing clients, plan sponsors, and research analysts.
  • Using a variety of analytical software and other tools, deliver accurate, timely, and complete due diligence materials to research groups at our sponsor firms.
  • Maintain and expand automated templates as part of an ongoing project to boost the efficiency of data reporting.
  • Identify new opportunities where technology can increase the efficiency for both data production and reporting.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of Financial Services experience.
  • Motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
  • Though not required, familiarity with industry software including Morningstar Direct, FactSet, Bloomberg, Seismic, Tableau/data visualization tools, Qvidian.
  • Detailed understanding of separately managed accounts and multi-asset portfolios.
  • Proficient with technology and data; ability to streamline and automate processes.
  • Excellent writing, communication, time management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
