Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to support sophisticated business litigation matters within a growing legal practice. This role plays a critical part in handling complex commercial disputes, supporting litigation strategy, and managing matters through all phases of the litigation process.

Key Responsibilities

Support commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
Conduct legal research and contribute to litigation strategy
Manage discovery processes including document review and e-discovery
Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
Collaborate with attorneys and clients on case development and resolution

Qualifications & Requirements

2 10 years of experience in commercial or business litigation
Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Experience with motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school required
Admission to the New York Bar required
