Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a General Manager 5 Food to oversee dining, catering, and retail food operations within a high-volume campus environment. This role plays a critical part in managing operational performance, financial accountability, and client relationships across multiple food service functions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead residential dining, catering, and retail food operations
Manage financial performance, budgets, and revenue forecasting
Develop and lead management and operational teams
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Drive operational improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives
Oversee payroll, labor management, and cash controls

Qualifications & Requirements

5+ years of food service management experience
Experience managing high-volume food operations required
Strong P&L and financial management experience
Experience supervising managers and operational teams
Knowledge of food safety and workplace safety compliance
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
