Hiring: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Stafford, VA
Salary: $100,000 $110,000/yr
Schedule: Full-time

Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support New Product Introduction and manufacturing operations within an electro-mechanical production environment. This role plays a critical part in improving manufacturability, supporting technical documentation, and optimizing production processes.

Key Responsibilities

Support transition of products from development into production
Develop and validate manufacturing processes and tooling
Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and BOMs
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams
Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
Support manufacturing documentation and production readiness

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
Strong understanding of NPI and DFM principles
Experience interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T
Experience with CAD software and manufacturing systems
Experience supporting electro-mechanical manufacturing operations
