Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Representative to support growth initiatives within a secure IT asset disposition environment. This role plays a critical part in developing new business relationships, generating leads, and managing client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new B2B client relationships across multiple industries
Generate leads through networking, outreach, and site visits
Build and manage sales pipelines using CRM tools
Conduct client meetings and present company services
Coordinate with operations teams for service execution
Maintain long-term client relationships and contracts

Qualifications & Requirements

3+ years of business development or sales experience
Experience in IT, recycling, logistics, or related industries preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Ability to travel as needed
