Lead the functional vision and strategy for the division, driving improvements for long-term profitability and value creation. Oversee the direction, training, coordination, and evaluation of finance staff to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Sponsor and lead change management initiatives, participating in strategic and annual planning to align with organizational goals. Ensure legal compliance, risk management, and monitor organizational adherence to regulations. Serve as the key liaison with corporate finance team for divisional financial activities, including quarter close, internal controls, forecasts, budgets, and audit coordination. Ad-hoc cost analysis and financial reporting.Director of Finance Qualifications Must have prior manufacturing industry experience. At least 10 years of progressively responsible roles. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. Knowledge of SOX, GAAP, and SEC reporting preferred. Proficiency with ERP systems and intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Strong executive communication, strategic agility, and negotiation abilities.Salary: $175k + Bonus (DOE)BenefitsBenefits are available to eligible full-time employees.
