Box Truck Owners - Home Delivery Contracting Available Now

J.B. Hunt is expanding our Final Mile Services home delivery carrier force. We are looking for carriers that are interested in contracting with us to deliver and install appliances, fitness equipment and furniture.






$800 average* daily rate with additional fuel surcharge

Tuesday-Saturday work week

7-day payment terms


Established customer base with consistent routes


Access to third-party discounts for truck rental, fuel and tools


Access to nationwide accounts







Carrier Requirements** Include:




Active US DOT & MC numbers


Previous home delivery (white glove) experience


Previous appliance delivery and installation experience


26' box truck (truck equipped with liftgate is a plus)







Minimum Insurance Requirements** Include:




General liability insurance ($1 million per occurrence; $2 million aggregate)


Automobile liability (combined single limit of $1 million per occurrence; must also include hired car physical damage coverage with at least $100k per occurrence)


Motor truck cargo liability (with not less than $50k per occurrence)


Employers' liability








Workers' compensation, as required by law
