Commercial Real Estate - Accounting Manager up to $125k/yrWe are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to take charge of the financial oversight of a portfolio of commercial properties. In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with 3rd party property teams to ensure adherence to tax, lender, and investor guidelines, utilizing MRI accounting software. Our hybrid work setup includes 3 days in the office (Mondays and Wednesdays required) and 2 days remote. We offer a competitive salary up to $125K, along with a 10-15% bonus opportunity. Oversee and review property-level accounting for consistency and accuracy.

Manage financial reporting, rent rolls, and cash flow for properties.

Support 3rd party property teams with MRI software and training.

Prepare budgets, quarterly re-projections, and financial statements.

Ensure compliance with loan and lender requirements, including debt service calculations and escrow draws.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or business.

5+ years of property accounting experience, with a focus on commercial real estate.

Experience with Funds, Joint Ventures, GAAP, and tax accounting (IFRS and TRS a plus).

Strong knowledge of loan compliance and year-end audits.

Experience with MRI software is preferred.
