We're searching for a Talent Acquisition Partner (aka The Talent Connector) to drive recruitment efforts, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and help build the workforce of the future.As the Talent Acquisition Partner at our client, you'll play a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring the best talent in the industry. This is more than just recruiting-this is about building relationships with hiring managers, understanding business needs, and creating a seamless candidate experience that ensures the right fit for both the company and the candidate.Key Responsibilities: - Talent Acquisition Expertise: Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You're skilled at identifying and engaging top talent and have experience recruiting for various roles, from technical to non-technical positions.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and internal teams to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment strategies. You're comfortable working closely with leadership to align talent acquisition efforts with business objectives.
- Candidate Sourcing: Expertise in sourcing passive and active candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking events. You're skilled at using creative sourcing techniques to find hidden talent.
- Communication and Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and team members. You're skilled at presenting opportunities in a way that excites top talent.
- Recruitment Metrics: Experience using recruitment data and analytics to measure success, track performance, and make data-driven decisions. You're comfortable reporting on key metrics to leadership and recommending improvements to the recruitment process.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Equivalent experience with a proven track record in talent acquisition or recruitment is also valued.
- Certifications in talent acquisition, HR, or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, AIRS) are a plus. If you've completed talent sourcing or recruiting training, that's an added advantage.Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on managing the full-cycle recruitment process. You've successfully recruited for a range of positions, from entry-level to senior leadership roles.
- Proven experience partnering with hiring managers and leadership to develop recruitment strategies and deliver high-quality candidates.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and optimize the hiring process.
