ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Plans, develops, and implements reporting-area process guidance. Manages drafting, editing, and revising area-related process documents, as well as reports, recommendations, research memoranda, and other work products.
• Manages special project and initiative planning and delivery. Liaises between internal and external stakeholders to facilitate strategic initiative completion.
• Supports the division with special projects and initiatives; Performs detailed research and analyzes, and completes reports of a sensitive or otherwise confidential nature.
• Manages and develops projects plans and presentations using a professional writing style to track and convey progress on project deliverables; Creates and present reports to meet project deliverables and tracking requirements
• Composes communications, documents, and reports in concert with the AVC Finance & Administration Business Operations
• Analyzes project goals, schedules deadlines for project completion, and develops action plans and processes for project completion from inception to evaluation
• Responsible for other reasonable, related duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
• Proficient in the use of computers and related software for word processing, spread sheets, and database management, Specific software experience in Windows and Microsoft Office
• Excellent decision making, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong initiative and analytical skills
• Proven ability to handle confidential information and work autonomously
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail
• Ability to prepare and analyze reports
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong multi-tasking abilities with the ability to prioritize duties

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
