Writer/Editor (Communications Specialist) Minimum of 5 years of experience

Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and proofread a wide range of content including articles, press releases, blog posts, newsletters, social media copy, reports, and marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, design, and leadership teams to create high-quality communications.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Conduct research on industry topics and translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
• Review and edit content for grammar, style, tone, SEO optimization, and compliance with brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in writing, editing, or communications.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong command of English grammar, style.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), and SEO tools.
• Familiarity with AP Style and brand style guide management.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools or social media analytics is a plus.
