Grace to Grace Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Independent Licensed Clinician to join our team in Lyndhurst. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive diagnostic assessments and ongoing psychotherapy (individual, family, or group) to a varied caseload.
Treatment Planning: Develop and implement goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
Documentation: Maintain timely and accurate electronic clinical records in accordance with Ohio state board standards and insurance requirements.
Hybrid Workflow: Effectively manage a schedule that includes dedicated office hours at our Mayfield Rd location and remote telehealth sessions.
Required Qualifications
State Licensure: Must hold a current, independent license to practice in the State of Ohio (LPCC, LISW, or IMFT).
Clinical Competency: Strong background in mental health diagnosis and various therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.).
Independence: Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while contributing to a collaborative group culture.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using EHR systems and HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
