HiFyve is hiring a Site Controller in the Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry in Fallon, NV!

Salary: $110,000/year + 15% target bonus

Shift: Days

Location: Fallon, NV

About the Role

This role leads plant-level financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting while partnering closely with operations to drive performance, cost control, and data-driven decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with standard accounting practices
Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities for the plant
Analyze plant performance including fixed/variable costs, KPIs, and productivity metrics
Partner with operations to evaluate financial impact of key initiatives and performance drivers
Lead site-level financial analysis and provide insights to leadership
Support new product launches and capital project financial analysis
Post and reconcile financial transactions in SAP, including inventory and COPA adjustments
Analyze balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies or irregularities
Distribute monthly operational and financial reports and lead financial reviews
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve reporting processes and operational efficiency
Support plant capacity planning and cost accounting activities
Partner with broader finance teams to standardize reporting and KPI tracking
Identify and implement process improvements, including automation using SAP and Power BI
Assist with special projects and provide financial guidance to plant personnel

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
5+ years of financial or accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
Experience with SAP required; Power BI or similar tools a plus
Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and cost accounting experience
Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to operations
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and in a team environment
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
English proficiency (read, write, speak)
