Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 year of experience in growth, performance, direct response, social, digital, cloud, or events marketing.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or growth marketing within the advertising technology or digital media industry.
  • Experience in project management, relationship management, or change management.
  • Solid understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including ad exchanges, SSPs, DSPs, ad servers, and different deal types.
  • Ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders, and all levels of an organization.
  • Ability and comfort navigating ambiguity in a complex organization.

The Sellside Monetization team's mission is to fund the world's information by enabling online publishers, app developers and media buyers to grow their businesses using our portfolio of products including AdSense, AdMob, and Google Ad Manager. We provide innovative, industry-leading online advertising solutions for our partners, who represent the largest publishers and buyers. We do this by enriching an open and healthy digital advertising ecosystem, developing trusted products our partners can rely on, and exceeding their expectations to strengthen long-term relationships.

In this role, you will be the architect of high-impact performance event strategies, collaborating across sales, product, and legal teams to turn data-driven insights into events. You will lead the charge in conceptualizing and executing AI-first marketing programs that exceed Sales goals and redefine lead generation.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute a data-backed events strategy for high-growth sectors, taking full ownership of our presence in Video and CTV ecosystems.
  • Pioneer AI-first solutions to elevate live and digital experiences, ensuring every activation is optimized for productivity, precision, and immersive engagement.
  • Drive operational excellence across the full event lifecycle, delivering brand moments that solidify Google’s thought leadership with key global opinion-formers.
  • Deploy advanced AI tools to automate workflows, upping the ante on measurement and transforming raw data into actionable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrate fiscal ownership by managing the events budget and PO processes with absolute excellence and strategic foresight and lead post-event reporting with a proactive work ethic, distilling complex KPIs into compelling narratives that drive future investment decisions.
