Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, etc.).
  • Experience developing or launching products or technologies within artificial intelligence or machine learning (AI/ML).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 8 years of product management experience, taking enterprise business-to-business SaaS, API infrastructure, or platform products from inception to launch.
  • Experience in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) ecosystems, enterprise CRM integrations (e.g., Zendesk), CPaaS, and conversational AI platforms.
  • Experience driving horizontal platform strategies that integrate across multiple distinct product areas or teams, orchestrating data payloads and handoffs between human agents, virtual agents.
  • Experience building highly scalable, high-throughput platform products, such as routing engines, API gateways, middleware, or enterprise connectivity layers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$278,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define and own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for the Omni-Channel Gateway portfolio, encompassing unified routing logic, CCaaS/CRM integrations, and the foundational orchestration infrastructure for the AI agentic layer.
  • Forge strategic partnerships across the broader organizations, ensure seamless session management, secure data payloads, and frictionless handoffs across human agents, virtual agents, and third-party enterprise systems.
  • Partner with platform engineering, system architecture, AI/ML, and cross-functional leadership to guide high-throughput backend systems from 0-to-1 ideation through to resilient enterprise scale.
  • Identify breakthrough opportunities within contact center architecture and AI orchestration. Frame technical integration spaces and define highly scalable API-first product models.
