Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience driving system capabilities, design, integration, or implementation for supply chain (e.g., procurement, inventory, order fulfillment).
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience driving business process enablement, requirements, or solutions.
  • Experience leading supply chain process reengineering and design, including B2B collaboration and transactions on supply chain functions with external partners.
  • Experience in driving process and systems capabilities, requirements, business process designs, testing and training.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, supply chain planning, or execution platforms in an Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) setup.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on business process enhancements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will be acting with supply chain process engineering and transformation expert design, enable and lead system, process, tooling enhancement across global manufacturing partners (Contract Manufacturers). You will collaborate closely with multiple internal and external cross-functional teams to evaluate gaps in existing processes, platforms and drive the business case for transformation while collectively identifying, documenting, and managing the business requirements pipeline. This includes translating business requirements to functional and technical designs, mapping process flows through collaboration with partner teams, and developing or reviewing integration, user acceptance and associated program test plans. You will drive engagement and communications by presenting regularly on project progress in a variety of forums and formats, such as team meetings, emails, and presentations to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design and enable reverse manufacturing supply chain processes and systems with internal and external partners.
  • Support deployment of new capabilities for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), Remanufacturing (ReMan) and Decommissioning (Decom) operations.
  • Sustain capabilities and enhancements as per project/product roadmap, focusing on contract manufacturers.
  • Execute delivery per project plan, identify and assess risks, develop mitigation plans, align stakeholders with communications.
  • Translate business requirements to functional and technical designs, map process flows through collaboration with partner teams.
