PART TIME Key Holder Aventura Mall

Job Description:

We are looking for highly responsible candidates with good people skills for the position of Key Holder and Sales Associate. Key Holders are responsible for ensuring that the store is clean and organized, also generating sales, and giving the best customer service, among other duties.

This candidate will need to be generally the last person at the store, requiring a high level of conscientiousness and responsibility.

Key Holder Responsibilities:

Sometimes, arriving early to open the store and start preparations for the day.
Leaving late to close the store.
Assisting with customer service.
Ensuring that the store is clean and organized.
Generating Sales to reach daily and/or monthly budget.
Handling cash register, and charging customers per transaction.
Performing product demonstrations to customers.
Responding to emails and phone calls.
Key Holder Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.
20hs weekly
Retail experience.
Basic computer literacy.
Presentable demeanor and friendly nature.
Diligent and responsible attitude.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills.
Language: English and Spanish
Pay: $16.00 per hour
