Senior UX Designer, Google Pay
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with early stage efforts, dealing with ambiguity and driving projects forward.
- Ability to address feedback, represent and advocate for User Experience (UX) and users.
- Excellent interaction and visual design skills with an outstanding portfolio of interactive projects.
- Excellent collaboration skills with other User Experience teams and cross-functional partners like Program Managers, Engineering, Marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

The Google Pay India team is focused on digitizing offline payments, building relationships with users and the parties they pay online, enabling unique hyper-local shopping experiences, and facilitating more opportunities for finance and credit.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
- Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high fidelity prototypes.
- Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
- Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
