Position Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to strengthen brand awareness, increase engagement, attract caregivers and healthcare professionals, and educate the community about our services.
This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, consistency, and a strong understanding of healthcare marketing best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Management
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals
Manage and grow company presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
Create and maintain a content calendar
️ Content Creation
Design engaging graphics, write compelling captions, and produce short-form video content
Highlight patient success stories (HIPAA-compliant), team spotlights, caregiver appreciation posts, and educational healthcare content
Promote job openings and recruitment campaigns
Analytics & Growth
Track performance metrics and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations
Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
Identify trends and adjust strategies to increase reach and conversions
Community Engagement
Build relationships with local organizations and community groups online
Support event promotion and community outreach initiatives
Maintain brand voice and reputation management
Marketing Collaboration
Work closely with leadership and recruiting teams to align messaging
Assist with digital advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, boosted posts, etc.)
Ensure all content aligns with healthcare compliance and company standards
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (preferred)
2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a business (healthcare experience is a plus)
Strong understanding of social media analytics tools
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and healthcare marketing compliance preferred
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
