Duties & Responsibilities:
- Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities
- Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment
- Use relevant technology to support instruction
- Observe and evaluate student's performance and development
- Provide appropriate feedback on performance
- Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development

Trainer Pay-when you have a trainee - is:
- $350 per day training
- Remain eligible for safety bonus while training (if you meet safety criteria)
- Cell phone reimbursement - $ 55/day
- Retention BonusPay: Base CPM plus assessorial pay included
- Stop off Pay Additional $15
- Safety Bonus Additional .03/per mile
- Productivity bonus- Additional .03/per mile
- Drop/Hook- $5 each, totaling $10
- Live Load/Live Unload - $20 each, totaling $40
- Detention Pay- $20 per hour (after 1 hour of sitting)
- Break Down Pay- $20 per hour (instantaneously)
- $80 dollars per Diem pay
- Paid hourly additional when filing in for shuttle or spotting work
- Month Performance Bonus
- Weekly Guarantee Pay Program
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 1 year verifiable OTR Driving Experience
- Valid Class A CDL
- $350 per day training
