AI Engineer (Full-Time Permanent) - REMOTE

Job Title: AI Engineer

Location: 100% Remote in US (EST/CST preferred)
Duration: Full-Time Permanent
Salary: $Market/Annum + Benefits

Eligibility: Open to US Citizens, Green Card Holders, GC-EAD, and TN Visa holders (No C2C / No Third Parties)

Ability to travel within the U.S. as needed (10 25%).

Interview Selection Process:
1. Online assessment (Front-end, Cloud, Python)
2. Two rounds of video interviews
3. Final round: In-person interview; travel expenses will be covered by the client prior to offer release

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 15+ Years in Information Technology
• 5+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise Architecture roles.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, model deployment, APIs, and intelligent automation frameworks.
• Experience designing cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, microservices, and system integration patterns.
• Familiarity with data engineering, analytics platforms, and enterprise system integrations (CRM, ERP, etc.).
• Excellent client-facing presentation and communication skills.
• Experience working with enterprise customers in one or more of the following industries: Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Retail & E-commerce, Education, Travel & Hospitality.
• Ability to travel within the U.S. as needed (10 25%).

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or advanced analytics implementations.
• Hands-on coding experience (Python, Java, or similar).
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, etc.).
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree (a plus).
