This role offers an opportunity to join a dynamic healthcare team providing inpatient pharmaceutical care. You will play a key role in ensuring safe and effective medication use while supporting patient health outcomes in a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide prescribed medications to patients
Deliver medication education to patients
Support safe, effective, and timely patient outcomes
Maintain highest standards of practice and compliance with applicable laws and policies
What You’ll Do:
You’ll provide prescribed medications, medication education, and comprehensive pharmaceutical care that supports safe, effective, and timely patient outcomes all while maintaining the highest standards of practice and compliance with applicable laws and policies.
Shift Notes:
Full-Time Day Shift, every 4th weekend and occasional evening shifts
Relocation Allowance: Up to $5,000 (will be discussed further during interview)
Qualifications:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program [REQUIRED]
Current Kansas Pharmacist License or eligibility for licensure [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred
