Our client is a full-service CPA firm located on the beautiful Central Coast of California. We pride ourselves in providing outstanding service to our clients by delivering expert advice with a personalized approach. They are seeking bright, team-oriented individuals for this full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate role in Santa Maria, CA.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience; Master’s degree a plus
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus
3 to 5 years of audit and accounting experience within a public accounting firm
Expertise in compilations and reviews, and individual and business taxation for privately held companies
Good technical, communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple tasks and projects while working with staff members, partners and clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Presentation skills and strong organizational techniques are required
High motivation and passion for the profession a must
Financial Statements, Financial Audits, and Auditing skills
Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
Experience in conducting audits and financial analysis
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
