The Role
As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be the face of Hair & Nail Collective within your assigned region. This is not a "order taker" role; it is a consultative, high-activity sales position designed for professionals who understand how to build a book of business and close high-value partnerships.
Your mission is to identify, prospect, and convert key stakeholders in the beauty industry including salon owners, hair extension professionals, and lash artists into long-term brand partners.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Management: Execute a strategic plan to dominate your assigned geographic region.
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify and visit high-end salons and independent professionals to build a robust sales pipeline.
Consultative Selling: Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations, articulating the value proposition of our supplement line and the financial benefits for the partner.
Account Conversion: Navigate the sales cycle from initial cold contact to closing and onboarding new accounts.
Relationship Management: Act as a strategic business partner to your accounts, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to successfully move product and maximize their own commissions.
Requirements
Proven Sales Track Record: Minimum of 3 5 years of professional B2B sales experience (experience in the beauty, medical, or luxury retail industries is a plus).
Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, performance-based environment.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Professional Presence: Ability to represent a premium brand with polish and authority.
Local Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with your assigned territory and its key business hubs.
Persistence: A "Challenger" mindset with the ability to handle objections and close deals in a competitive market.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a commission-only role designed for the top 1% of sales professionals. We offer a highly competitive commission structure that rewards high-volume conversion and long-term account retention.
Earning Potential: Successful representatives in this role are projected to earn between $200,000 and $300,000 annually.
Uncapped Upside: There is no ceiling on your earnings; your compensation is directly tied to your performance.
