IT Systems Analyst

Analyze client IT systems and workflows to identify improvement and integration needs; gather and document functional/operational requirements; assist with configuring, implementing, and supporting business applications, cloud systems, and integrations per client specifications; support deployments, upgrades, and environment transitions while maintaining performance and data integrity; assist with testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) and prepare documentation/implementation summaries; coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to support issue resolution and post-implementation support. May need to work in other locations as required.

Requirement: Associate’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in any field plus at least 2 years of experience.
