COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS -Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - $300,000 Salary -for a 1099 contractor or as an hospital-employed position
PTO: 13 weeks off a year (sick says and CME days included
$12,500 annually for student loan assistance

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
25-bed Critical Access Hospital
Monday - -Friday OR times 7:00 am - 2 pm (normally out by 1:00 pm); no weekends
On-call is 1 in 4 weeks with mostly OB deliveries
Bread and Butter cases, Pediatric cases are rare; averages 270 deliveries a year, Ortho, Endoscopic procedures
Malpractice: Paid for hospital-employed for W-2; partly for 1099 Employee
