Reinforcement Monsters is seeking a dependable and engaging Behavior Technician to provide support to a child in the San Mateo area. This part-time opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children and can bring consistent energy, focus, and presence to each session.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver 1:1 ABA-based support in a home setting
Use play, structure, and positive reinforcement to help build skills
Follow individualized behavior plans and document progress
Work closely with your BCBA for ongoing guidance and development
Requirements (Important):
Willingness to travel to San Mateo
Availability for part-time hours (afternoons/evenings preferred)
Reliable transportation
Ability to remain attentive, engaged, and present throughout sessions
Experience working with children preferred (ABA experience is a plus)
