Logistics Analyst (0041400)

OTA America, Inc., is a logistics company that provides ocean freight, air freight, intermodal transportation, and warehouse distribution services. It is seeking the services of a Logistics Analyst to: analyze, identify and recommend changes and enhancements to logistics processes; provide ongoing analyses in area of freight costs, delivery processes, warehousing, customs/freight clearance, import and export document handling, cost efficiency, etc.; maintain databases of export/import logistics information and track flow of containers and shipments to ensure timely delivery; confer with logistics management teams to determine ways to optimize service levels and minimize cost; recommend improvements to existing and/or planned export/import logistics processes; and review procedures, such as distribution or inventory management to ensure maximum efficiency.
Master's degree in Logistics or a related field.
