Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with data analytics, return on investment/financial modeling, or statistical analysis.
  • Experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc.).
  • Experience managing customer success through experimentation.
  • Experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to navigate customer organizations and influence across levels from day-to-day to C-suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort distilling data analysis and insights into digestible narratives, creating urgency for decision makers to take action.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000-$180,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the team's subject matter expert on incrementality, providing guidance and technical solutions to address our experimentation questions.
  • Define the vertical’s experimentation philosophy by establishing best practices and narratives that guide our collective approach to measurement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth and manage projects with technical depth.
  • Develop and manage modeling for vertical client projects, apply/customize tools (e.g., dashboards) and frameworks to identify opportunities, and develop solutions to optimize client/partner business and the use of Google products.
  • Act as a bridge between our customers and our Measurement product teams.
